TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SIGNA 5S ONLINE STORE

§1 General Provisions

1. The online store available at: https://signa5s.pl is operated by:

2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the store and the conditions for concluding sales contracts.

3. The store sells products exclusively to businesses (B2B).

4. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that the purchase is made in connection with their business activity.

5. These Terms and Conditions constitute an integral part of the sales contract.

§2 Offer and Orders

1. All prices listed in the store are gross prices and include VAT.

2. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day through the website.

3. After placing an order, the Buyer receives an order confirmation via email.

4. The Seller issues a VAT invoice for every order.

5. Placing an order constitutes consent to receive invoices in electronic form.

6. The Seller reserves the right to contact the Buyer in order to clarify order details.

§3 Custom-Made Products

1. Some products offered in the store are manufactured according to the Buyer’s individual order.

2. Personalized products, products manufactured according to the Buyer’s specifications, or products with custom prints cannot be returned.

3. Once the project or order parameters are approved, the product is considered accepted for production and intended exclusively for the given Buyer.

§4 Payments

1. Available payment methods:

   • PayPro / Przelewy24
   • Autopay
   • bank transfer
   • personal pickup
   • payment cards: Visa, Mastercard

2. Order processing begins after payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.

3. In the event of delayed payment, the Seller may suspend order processing.

§5 Delivery and Personal Pickup

1. Deliveries are carried out via courier companies.

2. Delivery is available within Poland and internationally.

3. The standard order processing time is 2–5 business days unless stated otherwise in the product description.

4. For large or custom orders, the processing time may be extended.

5. Personal pickup is available at the following address:

   after prior arrangement.

§6 Returns

1. A Buyer who is an entrepreneur may return standard products within 14 days of receiving the goods.

2. Custom-made products are not eligible for return.

3. Returns should be sent to the following address:

   57-500 Bystrzyca Kłodzka, Poland

4. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

5. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Buyer in the original transaction unless the Buyer agrees otherwise. In any case, the Buyer will not incur any additional fees related to the refund.

§7 Complaints

1. If the product has defects, the Buyer may submit a complaint.

2. Complaints should be submitted by email to: office@signa5s.pl

3. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller covers the cost of transporting the defective product.

4. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days.

§8 Liability

1. The Seller is liable for product defects in accordance with applicable law.

2. The Seller is not responsible for improper use of the products.

3. The Seller’s liability towards entrepreneurs is limited to the value of the order.

§9 Personal Data

1. The Seller is the controller of personal data.

2. Detailed rules regarding personal data processing are described in the Privacy Policy.

§10 Final Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of publication in the store.

2. The Seller reserves the right to introduce changes to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law.

4. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.
