Is the store available only for companies?
Yes β we sell exclusively to businesses and institutions.
If you would like to purchase as a private customer, some of our products are available on our Allegro store.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. You can place an order without registration.
An account simply allows you to place future orders faster and view your order history.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes β a VAT invoice is issued for every order.
Can I place an order by email?
Yes. For larger or custom orders we encourage you to contact us by email.

Do you produce custom-made products?
Yes β we also carry out individual projects, prints, formats, and custom markings.
Can custom-made products be returned?
No. Products manufactured according to individual specifications or with custom prints cannot be returned.
Can I request a quotation before purchasing?
Of course. Send us an inquiry through the contact form or by email β we will prepare an offer for you.

What is the order processing time?
Standard processing time is 2β5 business days.
In practice, it is often faster π
For large orders the delivery time may be arranged individually.
What delivery options are available?
Courier shipping or personal pickup by prior arrangement.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes β we also ship orders outside Poland.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes β personal pickup is available in Bystrzyca KΕodzka after prior contact.

When is the order processed?
Orders are processed after payment is received or according to individual arrangements.
π Returns and Complaints
Can I return a product?
Yes β standard products can be returned within 14 days.
Custom-made products cannot be returned.
Who covers the return shipping cost?
If the product is fully compliant and undamaged β the buyer covers the return shipping.
If the complaint is valid β we cover the transport costs.
What if the product is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us β we will resolve the issue quickly and arrange collection of the defective product at our expense.

Can you handle large orders?
Yes. We regularly process large orders consisting of hundreds or even thousands of products.
Thanks to our large inventory and production capacity, we are able to supply companies, warehouses and production facilities efficiently and reliably.
Do you keep products in stock?
Yes. We maintain large stock levels of many products, which allows us to ship orders quickly and ensure consistent availability.
Can I request free samples?
Yes β in many cases we can provide free samples so you can test the product in your real working environment before placing a larger order.
Can you supply complete visual management systems?
Yes. We can support full implementations including floor markings, boards, signage and workstation identification systems for warehouses and production facilities.
