We believe in simple and fair cooperation.
If something is not right — just write or call us.
🔁 Returns
Customers may return standard, unused products within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
Return cost:
The buyer does not incur any fees related to the return.
Return conditions:
- the product must not show signs of use
- it should be properly secured for transport
- returns apply only to standard products (not custom-made items)
Note:
Products manufactured to individual order, with custom printing, or made according to customer specifications cannot be returned.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
⚠️ Complaints
If the product is defective, damaged, or inconsistent with the order — please contact us.
How to submit a complaint:
- Send an email to: office@signa5s.pl
- Describe the problem
- Add photos (if possible)
- Provide the order or invoice number
We respond as quickly as possible — usually the same or the next business day.
If the complaint is accepted:
- we collect the product at our expense
- we replace the product or issue a refund
- we resolve the issue as quickly as possible
Complaints are processed within a maximum of 14 days.
📦 Transport Damage
If the package shows signs of damage upon delivery:
- check the contents in the presence of the courier
- in case of damage, prepare a damage report
- take photos
This will significantly speed up the resolution process.
