📦 Standard Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days from the moment the payment is received or the order details are confirmed.

In practice, many orders are shipped faster — often within 24–48 hours.

🎨 Made-to-Order Products

For products:

• with custom printing

• in non-standard sizes

• manufactured according to specific requirements

the processing time is determined individually.
We always inform you about it before production begins.

📦 Large Orders

For very large orders or custom production, the processing time may be longer than the standard timeframe.
Such situations are rare and are always agreed upon with the customer in advance.

🚚 Shipping

Once the order is ready:

• packages are shipped by courier

• or prepared for personal pickup in Bystrzyca Kłodzka (by prior arrangement)

You will receive an email notification once the order has been shipped.

🤝 Urgent Orders

If you need your order completed urgently — please contact us before placing the order.
In many cases, we are able to significantly speed up the processing time.
