📦 Delivery Options

Orders are shipped via GLS courier or prepared for personal pickup.

Available options:

• courier delivery within Poland

• international shipping

• personal pickup in Bystrzyca Kłodzka (after prior contact)

💰 Delivery Cost – Flat Rate

For all standard orders, a flat delivery rate applies:

EUR 35 net

The cost remains the same regardless of the order value
— whether the order is EUR 10 or EUR 1,500.

This allows you to easily plan your purchases without having to calculate shipping costs.

📦 Large or Non-Standard Orders

In the case of:

• very large orders

• pallet shipments

• orders requiring special transport

the delivery cost may be determined individually.
This applies only to rare, non-standard orders — we always inform customers in advance.

⏱️ Delivery Time

Once the shipment has been dispatched, the standard delivery time is:

• Poland: 1–2 business days

• European countries: usually 2–5 business days

• other countries: depending on location

Delivery time is calculated from the moment the order is shipped.
